I think you meant that you have completed your 12th and want guidance for future. Soo firstly all the fields after 12th demands for dedication. I'll like to know which field you want to make your carrer in, firstly there is
Engineering ,bba, BCA, hotel management course, mass communication, bsc honours, economic honours, English honours, it would be great if you mention me your key interest areas.

I'm interested in medical line.But I will not be able to pass neet exam.So I don't know what to do next.please guide me how will I reach the goal

I totally understand your mind and your emotions.
What you can do is pursue a branch of medical and side by side prepare for neet once again, but don't waste more years and do some courses.
