you need to worry the invugilator will allow you as the examination authority has in that way may so i would like suggest you take the application along with you then show in case if the issue is created

How can I get my application form!? As, after releasing of admit card, u can't get application form. I was not allowed for the exam of ibps for the same mistake, I had filled both forms on same day
