Since you have not specified in which state or city you are willing to take admission in PharmD course, it's bit difficult to predict.
Could you please elaborate in which College you are interested to take admission.
Per year fees may range from 60k to 1 lakh
PharmDs have much more knowledge on drugs (pharmacology) their therapeutic use and also on diseases.
It's gaining momentum in this post covid era.
