Hi please suggest that I got 30305 rank in jee mains, 154 in COMDEK, 284 IN BITSAT. Which is the best option?

You will get a seat from your JEE mains rank, but not a very good branch.
As fat as your BITSAT score is concerned, you might just get a 5 year dual degree course at Hyderabad if you're lucky.
I'd say go for BITS.
