The answer to your question is unfortunately " no ".
That is because, there are only two ways to gain admissions into the undergraduate degree course of most colleges:
- Get admissions just after completing your class 12 exams
- Get a diploma and study in that college from 2nd year onwards.
Because, your query satisfies neither criteria, I am sorry to say that you cannot join BE Civil 3rd year in KKC College of Engineering.
