The second round of TSICET 2018 counselling hasn’t started yet. It was expected to start from July 16 earlier. Kindly keep checking the official website of the exam to know when the second round of counselling is starting or you can explore the link below as all the information related to the counselling will be updates here as and when it’s released by the exam conducting body.
As far as the document verification is concerned, you would need to carry all the prescribed documents at the time of counselling.
