Hi,
Neet has released its official answer key and also the OMR sheets have been released.
So if after tallying your options with the official amswer key you are getting a score of 430 then theres less chance of marks being different in the results.However there might be a difference of few marks if someone challenges an answer in the official key and it is found to be valid. Or NTA decides to grant grace over a controversial question then there might be a difference.
