Dear Mani, you can pursue B.Sc Agriculture. For pursuing B.Sc Agriculture you should have completed your 10+2 in Science Stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and/or Mathematics subjects of study. Based on the State that you are from there are various entrance examinations. Few institutions even conduct admissions based on merit in your highest qualification.
