Hi sir, I got 26836 ranking in kcet and I am interested in CSE and I belongs to 3AR Category, can I get government seat in New horizon college of engineering, Bangalore

Well, sorry to say but New Horizon College of Engineering Don't Provide any CSE seat for 3AR category.
So, you can't apply in NHCE, for CSE through 3AR category, but don't lose hope as there as plenty of other institutes where you can apply for CSE.
