Hello aspirant,
To get colleges through CSAB counselling, you first have to be JEE Main qualified. Now for SC category, the 2019 JEE Main cutoff is 54.01 percentile. Since you have 56 percentile so you are JEE Main qualified and eligible to get a seat through CSAB counselling. But the thing is, as per your rank it may be difficult for you to get a good seat. You might be able to get a seat but can't say for sure. So better attend the CSAB Special Round counselling and see which NITs,IIITs,GFTIs are you getting and in which branch.

Hello aspirant!! Its difficult to say about the probability of getting your seat in any college. If your category rank is under 10,000 then you have chance to grab seat in special round in your home state, with your reservation category seat and some help from home state quota. Hope this will give you a brief picture of your probability of getting seat in a college.

With this rank it is extremely difficult for you to get admission in any of the NITs or IIITs and at the very best you can get admission in some GFTI or in any north-east NIT because of home state quota otherwise you won’t get any seat and you should try for other private and governments colleges apart from these.
