Yes you may get admission in b.sc you need to apply for entrance examination for b.sc and every government or private university conduct their own examination you just need to crack that exam.

You have provided incomplete information.
Since most of the colleges take admissions on the basis of the score in best four subjects, maybe you have a chance.
You haven't mentioned the University or college you want to take admission in.
Some Universities take entrance examinations for admissions so don't loose hope if you can't make it in merit based admissions.
