In order to get admission in any government college you need to score well in your jee exam.

Yes you can get admission in NITs , as for the cutoff ranks for NITs are quite low which varies between different categories .

And for girls some relief is given on ranks.

You can apply for the counselling procedure,  and wait for the results.

You have not mentioned your state so I cannot tell you exactly which NIT can be alloted to you. But chances are there that you can get some NITs according to your category. I am sharing a link with you, youo can go through it and get a fair idea about the allocation:

Hope you are doing well.
I am really sorry to say but with 7016 rank in JEE Advanced ST Category, you can't get a seat in any of IITs even with girls quota.
The final closing rank to get admission is 1180 for admission in IIT BHU B.Tech. + M.Tech. - Pharmaceutical Engineering & Technology
