hi sir, i got AIR 316 ECE SCORE 780 in which old iits i can get VLSI are there chances of getting PSU

Your rank and score is good.Ranks around 300 have a chance to get VLSI in old Town it's.You have a good chance of getting admission for VLSI in old IITs such as IIT Bombay,IIT KHARAGPUR,IIT MADRAS,etc but you have to wait for some rounds during Counselling.
