Your marks are decent but very less for getting admission in medical line or in BDS. Every year the cut-off for colleges changes and based on that one thing is clear that your marks are insufficient . Moreover, the marks range should be at least above 310 for SC candidate ,and for general category student you at least need more than 450 for getting any deemed University.
