hi sir i have got 109338 rank in NEET 2019 and i belongs to (ST) Telangana can i have a chance to get seat in govt medical college?

No you can't able to get admission in any government medical College with this rank even if you belong to ST Category. You need to get atleast 2 lakh rank for government college.
I suggest you to start your preparation for next year for government college because it's not worth to get admission in a private medical College.
