A marks of 350 will get you a rank between 181904-194475. You can check it here

It is quite difficult to accurately say the chances of getting the desired seat as cut off changes every year but based on previous year trend BDS admission in government college through All India Quota closed at a rank of 26484 (541-550 marks) for round 2. So you will not get a government BDS seat through all India quota. However, different states had different cut off for BDS government seat. Since you didn't mention which state you belong to you can check the below link to get a list of colleges in which you have chance of getting a BDS seat
