With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that there can be ( although there are low chances for it) another round counselling for KCET counselling known as Mop up round counselling. But it would only take place if there will be some vacant seats available after the second extended counselling for KCET counselling.

So, if you have not been able to pay the challan fees for the second extended round counselling and not have gotten any seat, you can wait for the mop up round to take place so that you may get a seat in any college.

There can be a mop - up round after the second extended round, if seat will remain vacant.

This year there is possibility of happening a mop-up round,you don't worry.

Note - There are 3 Mopup rounds which are conducted by DGHS for deemed and central Universities.
