With this rank it's not possible to get CSE Branch in any of the good colleges.

My suggestion would be to try joining BITs, VIT University, etc and get into them. They are equally good. I know it's considered that getting into a good government college is much better than getting into these Private universities, according to our Indian mentality. But there are also equally good so go for it.

Hello Aditya. With your mentioned score you are are not eligible for NITs or IIITs. You could get cs branch at state level engineering colleges with your JEE mains score too. You could also try for private universities with their entrance exams.
