Sir, the cut off marks for the Scheduled Caste category for government colleges will be 380+ this year for all the states. So I'm sorry to say that your daughter will have no chances for the government medical colleges with a score of 145 in NEET 2019.

I get 339 in neet 2019 then councilling ka option fill karu ya nahi... If i belongs to sc category... And belongs to UP.. Plz reply me

You may fill it up but the closing marks of the government medical colleges of UP in 2018, from the SC Category is 372 , with a rank of 101029. Since there has been a marks hike this year, you have almost Nil chances for a college.
