Your rank no doubt is a good one. You'll hold a good seat in your hands. You need to be more precise and concentrated towards the College that you would get at this rank. Try fill according to the previous year cuttoff so that you're able to judge and make conclusion.

With category rank of 31290 you have very less chances or no chances of getting any nit or iiit but you may get a seat in spot round. Wait for spot round if you don't have any other choices though getting an nit is not sure.

No with this rank is yearly impossible to get any branch in any of the nit consider ing your category too.

You can go for state governed colleges or soms good private colleges or last option can be going for a drop this year.
