Yes ; dear you can pursue bba i.e Bachelor of Business Administration  without qualifying neet examination after your 12th bba as neet examination is necessary only for admission into medical ug courses i.e MBBS ,BDS andAYUSH courses -BHMS ,BAMS ,BUMS , B.V.Sc & AH . The basic eligibility for bba is that you must have passed your 10+2 from any stream. Some colleges demands at least 50 % aggregate marks in your 12th for bba . So yes you can definitely pursue bba without qualifying neet examination.
