Self financed colleges are those colleges which do not depend on some other soucrofor income. They generate enough revenue that they can run by their own. Most of the private college comes under this category.

About the scholarship, it depends on whether that institute is offering you the scholarship or not. And about fees reimbursement, different colleges have different policies like for some it's like you will get the fees reimbursement if you apply for it within 15 days of admission. Also about the fees getting reimbursed, in most of cases, a small amount of money is being deducted and rest is paid back to you. But the reimbursement process might take some time like a month or more

Their is a proper procedure. Firstly you need to register for the counseling and if you got name in that counseling then you have to report to that college and after that for getting the seat you need to pay the admission fees

Reimbursement is not something that you get per year. It's only provided for once in the case when you are cancelling your admission. And as for MCA, it's not different from other. Reimbursement is always like getting your complete fees back with a little cut by the college.
