You got 200 marks and belong to obc category
Therefore based on previous years cutoff, you have very less chance to get admission for bhms or bams in government medical colleges in state counselling under obc.
However this cannot be sure as cutoffs vary every year depending upon several factors like difficulty level of examination, no of seats available etc.
You can try admission in private colleges and deemed universities for bhms or bams program.
