The eligibility criteria for NEET entrance exam is 10+2 or appearing from a well recognised board in Physics Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology.
The percentage requirement in PCB to be eligible for NEET is as followed:
UR/EWS- 50%
OBC/SC/ST- 40%
UR(PH)- 45%

Yes, you are eligible for appearing in the NEET exam after you pass all your subjects. Even if you are not able to clear this year then you can apply again the next year for the same. But it is compulsory to have 50% aggregate marks in every aspect.
