You need to get atleast below 10k rank to get seat in pharm d if your oc category.

The last year cut offs for some of good colleges in pharm d are

• S N VANITHA PHARMACY MAHA VIDYALAYA, TARNAKA -4474rank

The above cut offs are of last year and are subject to change depending on difficulty of paper and number of students who opted the respective college.

We cannot exactly say that with the above mentioned rank there are chances of you getting a pharm d seat since the cut off changes every year.
But I suggest you to try in counseling rounds.
