According to your EAMCET marks your rank is between 9.5K - 15K. It may be varies because it depends on some factor like how many student present in exam, how many student qualify the exam. There is no specific cut off for the courses BHMS\BAMS. The seat allocation differs from college to college. At this rank it is quite difficult to get seat in BHMS/ BAMS seat in government college with EAMCET. You have to apply for the required colleges and in the counselling  rounds according to merit seats are allocated. Hence colleges don't validate their specific cut off.  You can check the websites of colleges required while applying to know any further information.
