Hi sir/madam: my all india 50% quata rank is 13441 .All india 50 % quata cat off 4833.is there any chance of getting seat in private college.

you have not mentioned the entrance exam name. as per the information given by you, you have good rank. there is high chances to get an admission. you have to look for colleges who accepts the entrance you have appeared and where your rank comes in cutoff range.
college releases the rank cutoff prior to counselling so look for it in the college webpages for any notice. Keep updating yourself.
