Hi sir/mam , I qualified ugc net jrf 2019 december attempt in commerce . I wrote exam under obc non creamy layer category, at that time i dont hve that certificate of obc of prior date ,but now i made obc certificate in nov 2020. will i face any problem while document verification please reply soon

At the time of registration you should attach the undertaking but leave it if you didn't.
It won't create any trouble as during the time of verification simply attach you obc non creamy layer certificate. Might they will ask by their self also about the certificate by giving you some time. They will ask for the undertaking but then you just tell them that now I'm having the certificate just see it.
Then after that no problem.
