Hi sir/madam, I have scored 32000 rank in TS EAMCET so can I get a seat in CSE in vasavi college?

At this rank of yours, it is not possible for you to get a seat in CSE branch in Vasavi College of Engineering. But, don't feel sad about it, you have many other options available.
All of the choices basically depend on what you prefer, i.e, branch or college/location. Since the possibility of getting admission to Vasavi college is extremely low, you can go for other colleges. Also, search about other branches as well,and compare them to CSE on the basis of course structure and the subjects involved, it is highly possible that you may get a branch of your field of interest.
