Regarding Round 2 of Maharashtra State NEET Counselling, If you got a Seat in Round 2 then it's up to you whether you want to join that College or Not because after Round 2 Counselling further Upgradation is not allowed and If you didn't take admission in allotted College of Round 2 then your Counselling Security Fee will be Forfeit (Counselling Security Money will not be refunded) and you will be exited from Counselling process and after that you can participate in Mop-up Round but you need to register as a Fresh Candidate with Fresh Payment. So after Round 2, Candidate have only Two options: Join the College or Take exit from the Counselling with Forfeiture of Security Money, Further Upgradation is not allowed. Next Round is Mop-up, Only those candidate can participate in Mop-up who doesn't got any seat in Round 1 and Round 2 of Counselling Process. So basically it's mandatory to join allotted College of Round 2 Counselling or you can take exit with Forfeiture of Counselling Security Money.
