hi there, I am a 12th pursuing student and also preparing for neet, i doesnt even know a single concept in my 11th class in physics and chemistry, what shoul i do in order to get a good score in neet.

Class 11 th concepts are very necessary for neet examination dear as questions will be there from both class 11th and 12th .
Now , what you need to do is use the 4 months which are left with for neet examination wisely. Make routine and religiously follow it, read class 11 and 12th on alternate days so that you can cover class 11th syllabus which have missed and haven't read.
For physics, follow the book called ncert at your fingertips and after covering each chapter, solve ample number of problems, you can solve chapterwise question of neet using previous year question papers for neet-aipmt by arihant for physics.
For chemistry, ncert will suffice, and class 11 concepts is very important when it comes to neet, your prime focus should be chapters like chemical bonding, atomic structure etc which are the foundation for understanding chemistry.
