IISC is the top most institue and it really takes good academic and knowledge for joining IISC. You can join IISC through entrance exams such as NEET, JEE, KVPY and score a good marks.
For IISER alsi exams such KVPY, JEE are applicable.
Make sure you have passed 10 + 2 or equivalent exam from Science stream.

Joining IISc is extremely difficult as the level of competition is very high. The eligibility criteria states that a candidate must have passed their 10+2 from a recognised board with a first class grade or a minimum 60% aggregate score. Physics, Chemistry and mathematics are compulsory subjects in order to apply.
Admissions are granted on the basis of a candidate's merit in the examination JEE Main, JEE Advanced or KVPY.

As for IISER, there is not a branch in Bangalore. The eligibility criteria to get into IISER's 5 year program is that a candidate must have passed their 10+2 from the science stream. The admission is granted on the basis of a candidate's merit in either JEE Main, JEE Advance or KYPY examinations.
