there to completely different things if you want to be an IAS officer you need to pursue for the entrance examination regarding that and if you want to pursue MBBS then you will have to prepare for NEET UG for which you have to take up science with biology and really study hard in the subject of physics, chemistry and biology to crack the examination and the all India level and then get entrance into the medical entrance examination to pursue MBBS

But how are you going to do that if you need to prepare for the IFSC examination because that is completely different Ball game all together and you need to have your priorities set with you want to be an IFS officer or a doctor don't be jumbled up between your dreams and dose of your parents choose one, prioritise it and move ahead

Hello Ratnakar,

Eligibility criteria of IFS officer is that you should be graduate from recognized university. So it doesn't matter whether you have done bcom, engg, medical or any course. If you want to become doctor first then your first aim should be on medical entrance only.Medical entrance is not a cakewake. It is tough  to get into reputed govt college.Don't try to study upsc and medical entrance syllabus one at a time. You ll end up doing nothing. If you want to be doctor then concentrate on it.Secondly, you can prepare for upsc when you would be in 3/4 yr of medical course. But again your work load will increase, you ll have internships(really hectic one).If you wish to start studying for upsc after medical study then you have to clear upsc exam level in one-two attempts.Because its age limit is 30years.First scruntize yourself where you want to see yourself in 10-15 years and then decide what your real aim is.Doing both is not impossible but it depend on your capacity, dedication and passion.

Hope I helped you.All the best for future endeavour!!
