Hi Shraddha,
I know we are so excited to get know our results as soon as they are released. So, to check tge score card of our exam we have to visit the official site of the exam or of that athourities which conducted the exam.
But, as here you had not mentioned about the exam you are talking about so it is bit difficult for us to give you a proper information.
I will suggest you to check your score card via online mode and download it from there.
And for accurate information please describe about the exam you are talking about.
