It's good that you are being associated with a company and doing a job currently. Now coming to the pandemic, not only you many other people across the world have lost their jobs. Always remember the field in which you have your MBA, marketing, it is indeed helpful, worthy and will remain so. Even if your career graph is showing a slow phase at this time but keep on trying for different Multinational Companies and you will make it in the future. Also if you decide stay in the same company, this will work too, you can get promotion in few years which will boost up your pay scale.
