Hi today i gave my ip bba exam and in that by mistake i choose the option marked and review but there came a green tick mark underneath that option so will those questions be going for evaluation?

I hope that your entrance exam went well.
But I guess you might have not read the guidelines carefully where it is clearly mentioned that the questions which are marked for review will not be taken in consideration for correction.
Even if there is green tick below them.
