Hi vit vellor or vit Chennai which is better in all aspects n if I fill Chennai campus during registration can it be changed in counseling

If you consider exposure- Vellore
If you consider Outside life- Chennai
If you consider placements - Vellore( 100%) especially CSE
If you consider extra-curricular activities- Vellore
Well the campus selection criteria is entirely upto you if you have a really good rank for the VIT entrance exam then you will definitely have the priority to choose the stream and the campus you want during counselling. obviously if your rank isnt good enough your choices are pretty limited. You do have a choice to choose the campus but it entirely depends on your VIT entrance exam rank.

Yes, You can change from VIT Chennai to VIT Vellor through Unviersity but i doubt when counselling is going on!!
