I understand that you have not yet received neither your admit car nor your roll number and thus you are facing a dilemma about what data to enter for filling up the application form and so to answer your question, you need to select the year of examination as 2020 so that the application database recognizes the same and subsequently the box to enter the roll number is taken away. If there is no such option available then you should keep that box vacant which I believe would not be of any issue.
