Hello Vijeta,
You can not find AIIMS questions paper anywhere because they are not available. As AIIMS exam is online so you can't take question papers to your home.
But if you really need then they may be present in modules of various coaching centers but they are not complete. They publish it on the basis of the aspirant's memory.
