Hi, with Gate Score 541, OBC category, Will I be able to get IIT Guwahati for M.tech?

I DONT THINK YOU'LL BE ABLE TO GET ALL THE COURSES IN IIT GUWAHATI EVEN WITH OBC CATEGORY, YOU MIGHT ONLY GET 1-2 COURSES UNDER "ME" ONLY.
but dont loose hope, i am giving a link of GATE cutoffs of previous years,which contains-
category wise GATE minimum qualifying percentage , past years GATE cutoffs which further includes year wise cutoffs, course wise cutoffs and college wise cutoffs.
