The cut-off for BMS College of engineering last year was 967 for CSE, 1,476 for IT and 1,825 for ECE.

At MSRIT, the cut-off last year was 1,145 for CSE, 1,922 for IT and 2,225 for ECE.

This year's cut-offs are also expected to be similar. So given a rank of 14,557, your sister will not be able to get admission in any of the above mentioned courses in both RVCE and MSRIT.
