Usually the highest packages are bagged by CSE students in almost all the engineering colleges. But if you want to compare the colleges them check the median package.
Osmania University.
Median package- 5.9 lakhs per annum
JNTU, Sultanpur.
Median package- 4 lakhs per annum
Among these two universities OU has better placements.
