Hello aspirant. State of domicile is the state where you have your permanent address or intend to make your permanent resident. If your permanent address is Gujrat where you have your own house and family members and if it can be approached for sending any official letter to you, then you are Gujrat domicile. Otherwise the state where you have all of this is your state of domicile
