If you belong to CBSE board, and you have secured 30 marks out of 70 then you have passed the exam, as 33% is needed for passing, you need to pass individually for theory and practical in physics, chemistry, biology,
the eligibility criteria for NEET is mentioned below;
Attained 17 years by 31st December of the appearing year.
Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects.
PCB Aggregate inclusive of theory and practical needs to be achieved against one's respective category-
As of now there is no upper age limit for NEET hence no more restrictions in number of attempts
