There's no need to worry dear even if you are a dropper you can definitely get good marks but if you are looking for easy and some shortcuts to score well then sorry then there's no way other than studying and pracising lots of questions . You can follow these below tips to prepare well for neet examination :-
Make a routine :-You can make a routine as well and try to give at least 8 hours or more to study , your routine should revolve around studying concepts and practicing it by solving mcqs and numericals.
Revise "- You should make a list of important formulas in chemistry and physics and important diagrams in biology etc. and you can brush them up weekly and keep revising your concepts at regular intervals
Just be positive and prepare well and you will be able to score good marks
