You have secured a nice rank in tsicet 2019 which opens your chances to get a seat in any of the telangana's b-schools.

But if we talk about cbit, gandipet the case is little doubtful even for candidates scoring good ranks because it is one of the prestigious college with high demand and craze among students.

As i had analysed previous years cutoff ranks for admissions in cbit is around 3000 for A category students and with some relaxations i mean some low ranks for oc or othere categories.

So, we can't surely say that you get a seat there or not till they release their official and final list.

But still you have 80% chances to get through it , i.e; u can have chances to get a seat there for your mba.
