Hello Affan,
The NEET cutoffs vary every year with difficulty level of the exam, number of students writing it, number of seats available etc. Cutoffs change with every state too. According to the previous year cutoff trend in Tamil Nadu , for you category 425 may not get you government seat for MBBS . The previous year cutoffs for your category was around 450+ for government colleges and the cutoffs are bound to increase by 30 to 40 marks due to the increasing in competition. Hence you may need 480+ for the same. But you may get good private colleges.
As far as BDS is concern , it is the same , but there might be very little chances depending on your luck and how other factors may turn out during counselling . But getting to top government colleges is difficult . Again private may be the option . Remember it an assumption based on previous cutoff trends .
