Hello Rumana, the cutoff for NEET 2019 is
- 50th percentile for General
- 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC
- 45th for PwD

If you have ST reservation you are eligible for almost all the deemed colleges.
If you are SC, you might have a chance at Periyaram Meical College which although is govt. controlled self financing
But if you are general, its difficult to get into a deemed state medical college with your marks. You may apply for private medical colleges but since you have a financial issue, you may drop the year or get into some other course
