As you're saying you have scored 444 marks in NEET , now whether you get a seat or not depends on your category and especially what course you're aspiring to study in Bangalore. If you aim for MBBS I would say a score above 500-520 is must to be on the safe side.

You've got 444 in Andhra, there are chances of you getting a college since the seats in Andhra are a lot. I hope you have a domicile of Andhra Pradesh.
For getting a college in Bangalore which is in Karnataka, you've to either be a resident of that state and if not then you've to apply through All India Quota Counseling. But for your information the All India Counseling cut offs are generally very high so might not make it but still you can try.
