Also getting into a decent private medical college is also not possible even in Rajasthan or India as well. As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have less chance of getting government medical college in Rajasthan.
Last year the cutoff for obc category for the government medical college under the state quota benefit was lowest to 559 marks and this year it was said to be increase in marks, so you can hope for the best.
